Material:
This 1" EXTRA HEAVY-DUTY IMPACT WRENCHES is tailored for service trucks and high-traffic tire shops. The core component adopts a high-strength rocker arm clutch design, which has been specially strengthened to ensure that it can still maintain strong performance and stability during frequent tire removal and installation operations. Its unique structural design effectively reduces wear and extends service life. The specially configured fine-tuning throttle function allows users to accurately control the impact force when starting the bolt, avoiding bolt damage or tool wear caused by excessive impact. In view of the deep-rim design of large trucks and heavy vehicles, we are equipped with a 9-inch extra-long anvil. This extended design allows the impact wrench to easily reach and operate the bolts deep in the wheel, and disassembly and assembly operations can be completed without the assistance of additional tools. The built-in high-performance motor uses advanced pneumatic technology to maximize output torque while minimizing air consumption. In order to facilitate users to switch the direction of rotation in different operating scenarios quickly, a convenient reverse valve is designed. Flexible switching between forward and reverse rotation can be achieved with just a light press, making the operation more flexible and efficient.
